We allow you to customize the weight of the title, content or keyword fields. This will give you better control in how your articles are found and determining the relevance of them.

When your customer search your knowledge base, we record the results and the relevancy scores to help you understand how you can improve your articles.
Separate Widgets and Standalone
Our search respects whether the search is coming form a widget or your standalone site. Articles only available to widgets will only show up in widget searches.
